No One is telling.....

HRM, King Dr. Edmund M. Daukoru, Mingi XII, FIC, JP, CON
Amanyanabo of Nembe Kingdom

The historically popular Amanyanabo stool of the great Nembe Kingdom, Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State Nigeria has now got a Geologist, Petroleum expert, international energy diplomat, Minister, Administrator and a renowned statesman to occupy its traditional stool as Mingi XII, the stool Amanyanabo of Nembe Kingdom in the person of Dr. Edmund Maduabebe Daukoru. He is one of the few in his generation who was appointed to have acquired western education early in life not minding the remoteness of the town.

It is often said that “the water a man would drink would not flow past him.” This is true of King Edmund Daukoru, Mingi XII. It was as if nature had everything planned for him, and his head did not reject the calling, neither did his legs refuse to carry the head to where destiny had prepared for him. When one considers the story of Mingi XII, one would use his testimony as prayers for oneself and ones generations that may my head never reject the calling of God. His story confirms God’s word in Jeremiah 29:11.”For I know the thoughts that I think towards you; thoughts of peace not evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Talk of a beautiful future, talk of a good lasting hope, then talk of King Edmund M. Daukoru FIC, CON, Mingi XII Amanyanabo of Nembe Kingdom. Who the cap fits, let him wear it, is a popular song in the early 80’s of Robert Nester Marley of blessed memory. King Edmund M. Daukoru FIC, CON, Mingi XII Amanyanabo of Nembe Kingdom is of the Royal lineage of Kings of Kulo, Ikata, and Ockiya and the Karitongha dynasty of Mingi the Great.
